For in-store visits do I have to make an appointment and how long do you allow?
Yes, please. To ensure that we can give the very best experience, we do recommend an appointment. Please call 01633 243943 to book your dedicated appointment with our friendly team.
For Occasion Wear we allow 1 & half hours.
Is there a charge to try on outfits?
We kindly request 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
The secure system will request card details. A £20 cancellation fee will be taken from your card if you:
A. Do not attend your appointment
B. Cancel with less than 48 hours notice.
This will give us the opportunity to rebook your appointment to another customer.
Will other visitors to the boutique see me in my outfit?
No. At All About Eve, we are here to give you the most personal and tailored experience possible; an experience that is all about YOU!
We have the most luxurious private fitting room for all our mums to share their special moment with their nearest and dearest.
Can I bring guests with me?
Of course! Our private rooms can seat up to four people comfortably. We can accommodate more guests, just let us know.
How do I get to your store?
We have a free car park behind the boutique (postcode NP20 4BU) and we are just a five minute walk from Newport train station.(7 CLYTHA PARK ROAD, NEWPORT, GWENT, NP20 4NZ)
Can I walk in to try on outfits?
Yes, we do accept walk-in customers. However, this is subject to availability, so we would always recommend booking an appointment to ensure we have a private fitting room and personal stylist available for you.

We would always recommend booking an appointment with us, just to ensure that we have your fitting room and stylist ready for you.
Also, if you are able to give us a call before your appointment, we can get a better idea of what it is you are looking for and get some outfits ready for you in your fitting room before you arrive!
What can I expect during my appointment?
During our Mother of the Bride and Groom appointments, we will first get you settled in your private fitting room and have a chat with you to get a better idea of what type of styles or colours you are looking for, before taking you out to our beautiful shop floor to show you the array of outfits we have available.
You will then be left to have a browse and point out any dresses that you are liking for your stylist to take back into the fitting room for you.
Once you have found 'The ONE,' we encourage you to take a trip to our upstairs Gin & Fizz bar to celebrate your special moment with your closest friends and family.

Are all of your items available through the online store?
Most of our products can be conveniently purchased online. We do offer a number of styles in store that are not available to be purchased online from previous collections or those that are available to buy from our 'Eve's Outlet' in store.

Do you sell outside of the UK?
Regrettably, as a result of Brexit and the customs regulations, we cannot fulfill orders to Europe or any far-flung locations.
